  Description

This is a large 2-bed, 2nd floor apartment close to one of the pool areas and to the gym. The covered area is approx 100sqm/1000sqft and the entire floor area is tiled. There is a large breakfast balcony off the living room overlooking the gardens and a large private roof terrace provided with loungers, BBQ, table, chairs and offering magnificent views over sea, town and countryside.

The living area and both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned; other than kitchen and bathroom, all windows are fitted with “blackout curtains”.

Bedlinen and towels are provided and changed. Bedlinen is normally changed once per week; towels at weekends and mid-week when light cleaning is also undertaken. The apartment is located in Tavira Garden, a luxurious Swedish-developed condo in the old Roman town of Tavira. The access area for the apartment is pedestrianised with ample safe parking close by. The complex grounds, the gardens and the common areas are well lit at night. Both the complex and the town of Tavira can be regarded as relatively safe/secure areas. A sturdy wall safe with 4 to 8-digit electronic combination (your choice) is included. The living room has two couches – 1x3-seater, 1x2-seater; there is a variety of other seating. The 3-seater doubles as a pull-out sofa bed capable of accommodating two small children or one adult. Equipment includes stereo unit, video player and Sat TV with BBC & ITV 1 to 4; BBC World; Sky News, CNN; etc.

The dining room has a 6-place dining table and a serving hatch to the kitchen. Both kitchen and dining room are equipped to cater comfortably for 6 people.

The kitchen includes 4-place hob + electric oven, microwave, cordless kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, juicer, soup-maker, etc. There are fridge/freezer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron/board, washing machine, drying frame, etc. The complex also provides a self service launderette where washing machine and/or drier may be used at a small charge. A barbecue grill is provided for the roof terrace.

The master bedroom has double bed, individual bedside tables and reading lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, etc.
The second bedroom has twin beds with shared bedside locker and reading lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, etc.
The bathroom is between the two bedrooms; it has bath, shower, WC, bidet, basin, mirror cabinet, etc.
