Apartment in Praia Camilo, Lagos, Western Algarve   Description Lovely two bedroom apartment which is situated minutes walk away from peaceful cliff top walks and stunning covey beaches. The accommodation is very comfortable and is one of a small complex of ten and consists of: Lounge with patio doors leading directly onto the balcony which stretches along the front and looks down onto the lovely private pool and garden to which the apartments have exclusive use. Dining area with seating for up to six people. Fully equiped kitchen. Two twin bedrooms, one with balcony and both with ample storage space. Bathroom. The apartment is within 6 minutes walk of spectacular Camilo beach, where there is a very nice fish restaurant and cafe and stunning views. Lovely Dona Ana beach is also within 10 minutes walk and you will find many other covey beaches as you walk along the cliff tops, some of which are quite secluded. There is also the lighthouse at the end of the road where you will find a nice little cafe and shop. Here you can also take a boat trip through the spectacular Grottos. Go down the road in the opposite direction of town and you will come to Porte de Mos beach where you can have a quiet meal in the daytime or at night overlooking the beach. The apartment is also only 15-20 minutes walk to the old town of Lagos which has managed to retain its character and where you will find a huge choice of restaurants and bars and some lovely shops which stay open late at night. If you would rather take a more leisurely option, there is the toy train which goes right down into the town. Just across the bridge from the town centre is Lagos Marina with more cafes and restaurants and Meia Praia beach which is a long sandy beach with beach cafes and which is very good for walking. Very close to Lagos is Praia de Luz which is a small village with a lovely beach and promenade and also Alvor where at night you will find lots of restaurants serving a choice of fish which is cooked outside on the Bar-B-Q.
